We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and dedicated House Supervisor to oversee daily operations and provide 24/7 supervision in a Community Residential Care (CRC) home for veterans. This is a live-in position with room and board provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 supervision and support to residents
- Ensure safety, structure, and a supportive environment
- Supervise cooking staff in preparing and serving daily meals, prepare weekend meals
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness and organization of the home
- Monitor resident behavior and report incidents as needed
- Coordinate transportation to appointments and outings
- Maintain daily logs and communicate with case management staff as needed
Requirements:
- Must pass a federal background check
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior experience in residential care, social services, or similar field preferred
- Ability to cook, manage a household, and relate to individuals with diverse needs
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
